"I bought a new car and left a voicemail for Jared's office when I was still at the dealer at about 4:30 p.m. They texted me back that they were in a meeting, but that they would make the insurance change happen. They contacted me the next day because that was when I was taking delivery of the car, to make sure they made the change at the right time. I just had to text them back at the time I got the car, and they emailed me the documents. Emma could not have been more helpful! Thank you for making the change so easy."
